Sell Books

We buy books, CDs, and DVDs for cash or store credit. We are always interested in buying academic works, art, architecture and photography, drama, literary fiction, current edition textbooks (highlighting/notes okay!), jazz and classical CDs, and DVDs in very good condition.

We accept books, CDs, and DVDs at any time. The buyer, Dave, is usually in the store on weekday afternoons. If he is unavailable, you can leave your books in a bag or box marked with your name and phone number. You will receive a call within a few days and can pick up your cash or credit any time after that. Any books that are left which we cannot use will be donated to New Haven Reads book bank, and no compensation will be given. Please do not leave your books if you are not comfortable with donating the ones we can't use! Before bringing a large number of books, it's best to call ahead and make sure we have the space to take them.
